Your data & trust
The Lab asks your firm to write honestly about clients, matters and numbers. That only works if the ground rules are absolute.
Never used to train models
Nothing your firm types — answers, artefacts, numbers — is ever used to train AI models. Where a tool uses AI to structure your words into your document, your input is processed for that single purpose and that is all.
One firm, one room
Your workspace is isolated per firm. No other member firm can ever see your answers, your artefacts or your numbers. Legal Growth Lab's own program view is aggregate only — it does not open individual firm workspaces.
Yours to take
A principal can export everything the firm has produced, at any time, in a readable format — one click, no request queue. Content you've completed never re-locks, even after your six months end.
If you leave
Tell us to delete your firm's workspace and it is deleted. Program content is ours; your answers and artefacts are yours — the distinction is the point.
Where it lives
Member data is stored on Legal Growth Lab's own infrastructure in Australia. Any processing by an AI provider is disclosed here before it happens. (Preview build: all data currently sits on a single private Australian-hosted server.)
Anonymised, aggregate learning only
We may look at aggregate, de-identified patterns — “most firms find Lesson 3 hardest” — to improve the program. Never your content, never attributable, never shared.
Questions your risk partner wants answered before signing? Send them via the request desk — written answers, happily.
